Come join MBS for Circuit training on Thrusdays at 5:15pm in the Ticket Loby in Buttermilk! Have fun while getting your heart rate up in our circuit class! This dynamic work out will challenge your body with various exercises to rotate through. Each station has a different type of movement that will work the muscles of your upper body, lower body, and abs! The last 15 minutes of the class will be stretching. Register today!

Please register for this event in case of schedule changes and to help the instructor prepare. Equipment is provided but bringing your own towel and water bottle are suggested.
